Hello everyone, I’m John from AMOR CNC.
I’ll demystify the SP operation number of the vibrating knife-cutting machine.
Set SP Operation Number of the Graphic
For example, if we aim to cut a square using an oscillating knife tool,
The operation number of the oscillating knife is SP4
First, we need to match the graphic’s color to SP4.
Select the graphic and click ‘SP4’, setting the graphic accordingly.

Set Cutting Depth for SP Operation Number
Next, let’s set the cutting depth of the vibrating knife.
Click ‘Adjust’, switch to SP4, and input the desired cutting depth.
Send the graphics to the machine, and then the oscillating knife can be called up to execute the cutting command.

How to Check SP Operation Number
Now, you might be wondering how to check the SP operation number for each tool.
There are two methods.
First, on the operation panel, click ‘Adjust’, then ‘SP’ to view each tool’s operation number. Here, ‘CUT’ represents an oscillating knife, ‘Pen’ a brush, and so forth.
Second, click ‘File’ in the software, select ‘Machine Parameter’, and then ‘get from machine’ to view the operation numbers and their corresponding tools.

How to Set SP Operation Number
But what if you want to set the SP operation number yourself? Simply click ‘Test’, enter the code 1234, and select ‘Unlock’ to access this feature.
For example: demonstrates setting SP5 to “V-Cut”.

That concludes our tutorial on understanding and setting the SP operation number for AMOR CNC machines. Have you grasped how it works?
